Shipping Policy:
Please note: Please add our email address to your contact list to enable receipt of our responses to customer inquiries and for order confirmations. This will prevent our emails from going to your junk mail folder and prevent any delay in receiving our responses and notications to customers.
Shipping is usually by US Priority Mail. On small orders, we ship by First Class Mail. On larger items we may use UPS.
Shipping charges for all orders will be determined by weight of package. If it is greater than the amount already added for shipping/handling, we will contact the customer by e-mail for approval of the additional charges. Orders will not be shipped until we have that approval. |
Return Policy:
Returns must be authorized in advance by GT EFFECTS. Email us or call 863-946-0900 for return authorization. We accept returns for exchanges up to 10 days after receipt for manufacturer defects. (Please note that because most items are custom made for each customer, we are unable to refund.) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Mail returns directly to:
